Flexible Cancellation Policy

We understand that making travel plans in uncertain times can be challenging. That’s why we’ve designed a flexible cancellation policy to give you complete confidence when booking your Holy Land journey:

• Guaranteed Refund for Security Concerns: If the tour is canceled due to any security risks, we will refund 100% of your payment.
• No Cancellation Fee Until 1 Month Before Your Tour: You can cancel your booking up to a month before the tour with no penalty, apart from a small 3% payment processing fee.
• 1 Month Before the Tour: Cancellations will incur only a 10% fee of the total booking amount.
• 1 Week Before the Tour: Cancellations will incur a 50% fee of the total booking amount.
